WHAT TO EXPECT

The 1:1 counseling package is designed to give you individual attention. I will work closely with you to create a program that is completely customized to fit your lifestyle. We’ll work intensively each week to design a plan that will allow you to not only achieve your nutrition goals but maintain them.

I also offer Couple Packages in which you can invest in your health as a couple. By embarking on this journey together, you can support each other, hold each other accountable, and celebrate your successes together along the way.

Sessions can be held in person or virtually.

  • Initial Consultation: A comprehensive consultation where we dive deep into your medical history, food history, and lifestyle, to set the foundation for a successful relationship.

  • Nutrition Presentation : Designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your health longterm.

  • Follow-up Sessions: Weekly meetings in which we discuss topics including mindful eating, exercise, stress management, alcohol, travel, sleep, and more. We will track your progress, provide feedback, and adjust your plan as needed.

GROUP COUNSELING

A supportive group setting in which you’ll receive nutrition counseling along with 4-6 others.

What to expect

Our group sessions are tailored to meet the needs and goals of the group. Together, we'll explore topics such as nutrition education, mindful eating, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.

The group sessions can accommodate 4-6 friends, making it a perfect way to share the experience with your close circle.

Our group sessions are offered 3 times each year (January, April & September) and are held virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.

  • Initial Consultation: A comprehensive one-hour initial consultation. During this session, we will get to know each other and learn about each group member. Sharing is highly encouraged.
